We used Guestboard to plan and organize a memorial service out of state recently. We really appreciated the ability for guests to upload their own photos prior to the service and the ability for us to download them all for the slideshow, and now guests can upload any photos they took at the service. We were able to customize the front page with our own photo and text and track invitations and responses very easily. The only improvement I might suggest is letting guests respond with the number of people attending with them so that you don't have to use more than one invite credit per family/group.

Some great ideas in here but it needs some UX work. It’s also still a bit buggy - gave an error for every item added to a checklist and erased previous item after each new line. Couldn’t add a date range, only a single date. Couldn’t remove the time slot and didn’t have a need for it as I was trying to plan a multi day trip. Overall I think it has a lot of potential but not fully working as of Dec 24 so deleting app for now.

I used this app for planning my birthday and it made things much easier. I was able to always send updates/notices without having to send them individually or a group text which can be annoying. Also, can keep track of who’s coming to the event.
