Hireology candidates dropped to Zero and they are laming indeed for changing their policy. There’s no constructive way to fix the problem. I called and left messages at Hireology but they don’t answer and don’t call back. There is definitely a change in the amount of candidates that we’ve seen in psychology needs to focus on how to fix it on their end and not indeed. The solution seems to be throw more money as a problem that you have is lack a candidate but they tell you not to go to indeed and pay them any more money because if we will flag your job hosting as double post so they’re recommending that you stay on their platform and get no candidates. As far as I can tell there’s no feasible way to get out of it and we are a pretty niche company that has to hire specialists. Be well if I understand things correctly they’re cutting out real human being for service specialist in favor of AI treating the problem and it’s not a very good sick because they keep recommending the same thing even if I’m asking the same question in different ways trying to come up with a better solution to our problem.

Hireology is great but there are a few issues with the program as a whole. The recent communication update is great for managers. Ability to text and email is great. Hireology as a system: (desktop included)1. As an admin for a multi-store employee group navigating between jobs and candidates is very cumbersome. For instance, to find and view a candidate at one location that background check was sent on I have to complete the following steps:1. Go to Locations and Make sure I’m not in a specific location2. Go to candidates3. Apply filter removing “Applied within 30 days” and search name4. Click on candidate. Find job the candidate applied for (most apply to multiple stores) and where background was sent5. From candidate page in specific job then I have to go to background checks, find background that was ordered and view report. If I do this for multiple stores, I need to click locations at the top of the page and leave the location that the job the applicant I just searched was in and start search all over again to go to next. There needs to be fix to this. App-It’s better than it was previously but only has features that a hiring manager could use to communicate and look at resumes. There isn’t ability for managers to score interviews via the app while interviewing. There also isn’t a way for them to view or use checklists, view test scores, etc.As an admin - app doesn’t allow for anything above declining or approving candidates and viewing communication history. App is lacking big time from full system function. It shouldn’t be marketed as anything other than a communication tool for managers on the go, not a applicant tracking app and system app.

The mobile app is terrible. The only functionality is reviewing candidates. Can’t post/edit/refresh/review jobs, etc. Literally only see names of people that have applied & advance or decline them. Would really like to see more functionality in the mobile app
