WORKFLOW
1 – Scan & Capture
Walk around your site. The app automatically gathers data and provides live feedback using iOS LiDAR, ensuring you capture every detail. For enhanced accuracy, use an RTK device compatible with PIX4Dcatch, PIX4D Autotags with a fully automated workflow, or combine both.
2 – Process, Analyze & Share
Process your data by uploading to PIX4Dcloud for online analysis and sharing, or export to PIX4Dmatic for desktop processing. Both platforms offer a 15-day free trial. Projects can also be exported to third-party photogrammetry software.
Measure spaces, document results, and enjoy all the benefits of a detailed 2D/3D model of your surroundings.
3 – View in AR
Experience an immersive augmented-reality view. Display 3D models and GCPs directly in your phone camera in AR.

more Long time pix4d user for drone based 3D modeling. PIX4DCatch is the perfect ground based photo capture tool. Depth images from the iPhone 12 Pro make really crisp models. Always improving software makes capture and quality estimation in the field a breeze! Well done.
Developer Response Hi mfmfmfm, Thank you for your kind review. User feedback is very important to us. Please continue to let us know how we can improve by using the Feature Request link in our Community forum.

Great multi function product but outputs contradict. When exporting a scan, photo geo tags are in gps (lat/lon). When exporting GCP’s, coordinates are in SPC (northing/easting). Works great when staying contained within PIX4D environment. However limits using in 3rd party software (ie Faro 3D or Leica Map 360). Having the GCP’s export in GPS coordinates as well would be beneficial to be able to use the viDoc to pickup extra points on a scene and just add them to an existing project like a total station or gnss receiver. * Using RTK and referring to csv outputs
Developer Response Hello, Please update to the latest PIX4Dcatch version. We have many improvements and fixes there. Otherwise reach out to the community channel (https://community.pix4d.com/c/pix4dcatch/93) to describe what you are experiencing. Thank you

Game changer !!!! Must use device!
I downloaded this as soon as it came out, and played around with it without a subscription. Now I need to pay at least $160 a month to use the photos I’ve already taken? Pix4D’s photogrammetry engine is already garbage compared to actual reality capture software, so why did they think they could magically simplify a complex science? Waving your phone around and taking a zillion terrible pictures isn’t going to generate anything useable. Buy literally anything else.
