My family purchased an older home that had been partially been renovated. It had old style standard switches, plugs, etc. Well by sheer accident my wife purchased the first 4PK of single pole switches. Curiosity got the best of me and the first couple of switches installed took me a lot longer than expected but after those were installed and programmed the process became much faster and smoother. That’s was 2 years or better and today we have almost 70 percent of upstairs and downstairs interior and exterior light switches changed to Treat Life smart switches and have multiple outlets in numerous rooms as well. We’ve also changed our HVAC controller to a smart controller pad. All of our exterior lights Front, Back and left and right aside motion lights are all Treat Life switches with Scheduled on/off programs setup. I wish Treat Life would send me some products to use in the house, mostly for our upcoming tv/movie room and new bathroom we are about to be starting ourselves, which we’ve been doing continuous renovations ourselves and downstairs will have all the Treat Life products that’s Available for needed applications. NOT A SINGLE ISSUE OR PRODUCT MALFUNCTION AT ALL. Love it!

App works perfectly with the dimmer switches but needs improvement when it comes to the LED Strip Lights. You get every color except white. I need white along with the other colors. Seems pretty basic to include white. Customer service basically tells you white is not an option. This is very disappointing since their website clearly shows an app display indicating a full circle of color options including white. The app they actually provide gives you only half the color wheel making white impossible. So what is advertised is not what they delivered. When you order based on their website but deliver something else I call that false advertising or bait and switch. If you want a light strip that includes white, go elsewhere.

The app works well but I wish they had a few additions to make using their devices easier. I have the light bulbs, and for one I wish there was a sink feature so I could control all four bulbs at once. They sort of have that with tap to run and automations but it doesn’t fully work. I wish when you changed the settings on one bulb, you could choose to match the changes to the other bulbs. Currently, to set all the bulbs the same color or scene I have to do it one by one. I wish I could just sink it to change all at once when I change one of the bulbs. Similarly, the music feature only works with one bulb at a time. It would be great if I could sink all the bulbs to the music at the same time, that way I could use all my lights for the music sync instead of just one. Lastly, the color wheel is a great feature, but I wish I could save individual colors. It’s hard to get the exact shade perfect, but if I could save favorite colors to reuse with a click of a button that would be amazing. Realistically, I give this app 3.5/5 stars, but with a few tweaks it could be amazing.

The app is good and adjustment for the fan and light are quick. Also using the help center via the app is good as well. I have the fan and light combo switch in all 4 of my bedrooms and so far each room is working perfectly via the app. The best part with the switch is, I can ask Alexa.. “kids light on” or “kids fan on” via voice and works every time. I have wired the light switch portion to the ceiling cans and fan switch portion to power on the fan and use the fan remote that came with the fan purchase to control the fan. A bit complicated, but easy to use once set up.
