Loving the cute and fun bedtime stories that come with the calming music on this app! Such a nice little extra perk to stumble upon - originally I had primarily been looking to just utilize the calm and soothing meditative sounds to help wind the kiddo down at the end of the day, so I’m stoked to discover the bedtime stories that are included here with it! All stories so far have been about positive and kindness focused, encouraging and sweet little tales that don’t get my nugget riled up by the storylines/plots or have any loud or distracting sounds that could create a setback towards the bedtime goal, and are so helpful for keeping the mood light and sweet and get her imagination ready for happy dreams from a peaceful sleep :) 5/5 from me!

Aumio has been a game-changer for my 6-year-old. The guided meditations and sleep stories are fun and calming, and they’ve made a big difference at bedtime. My daughter has been able to better manage her emotions such as frustration and anxiety thanks to the relaxation exercises and breathing techniques. Feelings like anger, stress, and happiness are taught so that she can recognize and convey to me what she is feeling.The app is easy to use, with bright animations that keep her engaged. I have noticed improvements in both her sleep and her ability to handle tough feelings during the day. Wow, this app is exactly what I have been looking for for my daughter. She has night terrors with difficulty falling asleep as well as frequent wake-ups. This app is amazing. The layout is beautiful, and she loves having her “own” app and loves all the features. There are sleep stories, meditations, and sleep sounds to choose from, and the price is reasonable. This app has greatly improved our nighttime routine and sleep quality. So grateful!

Love the fact with the growth of individual sleep machines and how pricey they can get that you have a one stop shop with this app. It could be bed times stories or even the sounds similar to white noise to help relax and make sure the children are put to bed soundly and with the simple click of one app!
