Bug Fixes

Fixed that the text translation doesn't work for web pages that have an embedded page (i.e. pages that use iframe).

- Toolbar button is now disabled when you use "Always translate the selected text" option and you don't select anything. - Removed the note about the censorship. That should have been shown for users in a very few countries only. Most countries don't censor.
