The Four Pillars of Wellbeing is one of the greatest, most life-changing, and meaningful apps I have ever had on my phone. The activities and library are creative and appropriate for families navigating the many emotions present at this time of uncertainty. The content is all research based and it is clear that considerable time and effort has been devoted to making this the most positive and uplifting learning experience.

This app is so fun for the whole family! With so many great ideas on how to talk with kids of all ages and family members to connect on an emotional level learning and feeling their own emotions and seeing others do the same.
