I can’t say enough about how amazing Plantstory is! As a seller I am blown away by the care and attention that the admins put into helping us work out issues; great one-on-one customer service!! The founder even texted me personally to help fix a third party payment issue 🙏The video quality is top notch with no lag, which is very important especially during time-sensitive selling auctions. The payment is automatically deducted immediately; no need to invoice customers or chase down non-payers. Many fun features with each new update make this site stand out against the others that I’ve used: Instagram, Facebook and Etsy. In fact I don’t have time to post on those platforms any longer! I’m too busy with live shows on Plantstory and shipping out product! This site has literally saved out business. As a customer I really enjoy shopping on Plantstory. It’s an easy platform to navigate. The plant community is so beautiful; I’ve made delightful connections and friends there. It’s very addicting and educational as well. Stay golden Plantstory!!

Was called at my business by their local rep, to talk about selling crystals on the app. The rep came to my store, was 30 minutes late, knows NOTHING about the app, how to configure it, how to configure sales tax reporting, nothing. We sell higher end showcase pieces and attempted lives on the app, which is all about plants and has no reference to crystals. The community are hobbyist sellers, and the buyers expect wholesale pricing, because the sellers buy things from China and don’t have reseller licenses, so if you’re a retailer, you’ll only sell $12-$15 items, if you’re selling wholesale, you’ll do great. The rep literally told me to sell items less than $20, and that was after she looked at our shop and said it looked great, but when we sold $70 in 90 minutes, her reply was that we needed to sell cheap items…we don’t sell cheap items. I’ve been in the business for decades, I know the industry, we sell fully vetted crystals, we are very knowledgeable, educated, we really know our stuff, gemologist level, and if you’re expecting as a retailer to get a community of interested and educated buyers, you’ll be sad. The buyers expect giveaways and Temu pricing. If you’re willing to sell something and break even, this crystal community may be for you. I can’t vouch for anything plant related but I’ll guess it’s better since the app as made for plants and not crystals.

I have owned my crystal business going on 5 years now, and I have been practicing crystal healing for almost 2 decades. Prior to Palmstreet, I had great success on another major selling platform, but still, nothing has helped us grow quite like PS!We are an LLC, and this app has been nothing but beneficial! So much so, that my husband doesn’t need to work for us to survive! The community on the app is positive, and the buyers go out of their way to be supportive! In 5 months, we have gained almost 800 followers and we just hit our 3000th sale! We do not operate a brick and mortar, and have been exclusively online for the past 3 years, so having an app like Palmstreet is convenient not only for us, but for our customers past, present and future. These folks have become our family - and we look forward to engaging with each and every one of them every week! As a seller, I can honestly say that the money we make is more than I could have ever asked for, but the experience has been priceless!!

Palmstreet has been an amazing platform for Leaf Diary for both Buying and Selling Plants. The community is incredibly friendly the customers are fantastic and the Live shopping experience makes it fun and engaging every time we go live. What really stands out is how many tools Palmstreet provides sellers. We have grown our business from selling plants in a garage to a 2500 square foot commercial store front with full time employees and a fully licensed nursery and under 1 short year. This growth would not be possible for us without the support and customer base palmstreet brings to the table. We have met great customers, discovered amazing plants, and connected with other passionate plant enthusiast from around the country. The support team is responsive the platform is in innovative. And it’s clear Palmstreet cares both about customers and sellers on the app. If you’re looking for the best place to buy, sell and connect with the Plant community palmstreet is the platform to be on highly recommended by Leaf Diary. We are full time sellers on the app and super excited to be part of the Plant community and see what this next year brings for us all. Thank you palmstreet for all you do! ❤️THE LEAF DIARY TEAM!
