I have gotten a hold of support several times about server issues. I have sent them screenshots of what it says problems connecting to server. Make sure you have the latest updated version of this app. I have the latest version. I told them I have the latest version that I have an installed, it reinstalled it that I have emptied the cache. I do not have a memory problem. I have plenty of room on my phone. I still have almost 100 GB of room on my phone. I cannot connect to the server. It’s been going on for a week and a half and all they keep saying to me, tell us what the problem is tell us what the problem is and then telling me to do all this stuff that I’ve already done several times and then if it’s working, what is up with the Server. What more do they want? The problem is I cannot hook up to the server. That’s the problem. I know how to take care of things and to do things when there’s a problem and I’ve done all those things and it’s still not connecting to the server. I’m getting so tired of this, I’m ready to throw on this game. I’ve been playing it for a couple years and I absolutely love it but just too many problems. I’m gonna get kicked off of my club and everything because of this I probably already have been.

I love the game when it’s working properly! But here in the past couple of months, I’m having the issues over and over! My main issue is the game shutting down at any given time. As annoying as it is, I can deal with it shutting down as long as I’m not in the middle of a game or especially when I’m in the count down getting ready to start a game. Every time it shuts down at these times, I lose my chips!! I should never have to lose my chips when I haven’t even started playing my cards or when I’m in the middle!! This also happens when I’m down on last bit of chips! So to keep playing I either have to purchase and or wait hours to collect enough from my 2hr bonus chips! This is ridiculous! I will also agree with other players in the buy ins have gotten ridiculous with the little amount of chip bonuses and the amount of gems it takes to get gold cards. And the gold cards are not producing the extra help like they once were! You might get a good selection once out of 5 or 6 times. And depending on which casino your at, your looking at possibly close to 2000 gems! That’s absolutely ridiculous! Plus every time you all do an update saying you’ve fixed the problems, I don’t see ANY difference! I can deal with a lot of issues, but I can’t deal with constantly losing chips on games I haven’t even played yet or when I haven’t even finished the game! Some how some way, give me my chips back and my review will read a lot better next time!

Go brush your teeth or do some dishes to let it continue spinning as long as possible (usually crashes around 10min but you’re used to that by now)coins and diamonds awarded with better and better luck the longer you spin (increasingly larger winnings) Your total coins actually hover around the same amount. You’ll lose on many consecutive spins but the bonus jackpots consistently boost you back to what you started with (often more). I have been playing this game for a long time and have really enjoyed it despite sometimes not being able to play for a few days because I’m building coins back up. Lately I’ve only been able to play 1-2 games every few days because I’m just not winning enough to play another game (yes I am using diamonds for the gold cards). Annoying, but it is what it is. Unfortunately today that was ruined by a poor chat experience. I finally had enough coins today to play so I picked a game and it started with no issues. I noticed as I was playing that the bingo countdown was not moving so figured there must be some sort of problem but continued to play because if I quit, I’d definitely be out the coins I used to play. The game ended after I got all the bingos possible and then I was told there was a glitch but not to worry—my winnings would be there when I signed in again. I didn’t expect to get coins for basically getting 4 blackouts but certainly expected to get either my coins back (like the game never happened) or at least credit for some of my bingos. Glitches have happened before—that’s just a part of playing online games. No big deal. But instead I just got a reply telling me it was my fault because I didn’t play it on strong wi-fi. And that was it. Nothing else besides it was my fault for playing on a cellular connection. What?! That just left a poor taste in my mouth. So you could see that I had logged in and started a game on this cellular connection but can’t even just reimburse the coins I spent to max bet on the game? Come on.
