Maintenance data is generally recorded with a pencil and paper or on excel sheets. Due to this, maintenance has largely been reactive rather than proactive; i.e. maintenance was performed only when something went wrong. Preventive maintenance is less common because it is unrealistic to track which assets needed routine maintenance when all of your assets’ maintenance records were kept in a filing cabinet.
With Syook CMMS all your maintenance activities get digitised and are available at your fingertips using the mobile app.
