Works but with major flaws

I like that this financial service works well and the fees are not great but at least competitive. But there are many open construction sites: transmissions for ZAR to USD in the US just does not compute in the app and only can be entered on the web, for many months now. No explanations. The login to the app accepts a password; on the web it _only_ works per SMS pin. Amounts over ZAR 10k apparently require you to send a proof of payment but sometimes it works just so. Nowhere is this explained in the app, Mukuru simply lets your order expire if you don’t send proof. Support to the rescue- they answer reliably and usually in less than a day.
