Orthoplex Mobile helps individuals and families stay informed, educated and take a more active role in their health. Through the Orthoplex Mobile app, Patient and Providers can work directly together to secure their health information is current, accurate and accessible. Real time and integrated information allows Patient and Providers to provide the best possible care on their mobile devices. You must first be granted access by your health care organization to use their online portal. Once you have an account, simply sign into Orthoplex Mobile with your Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedics username and password. If you need help gaining access to your existing account, please contact Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedics through the online portal website for support options. Your individual health inquiries or issues submitted to the App Store cannot be addressed.
