用户下载“壹点问诊”手机APP进入快速咨询板块，通过科室、专家团队或我的医生等模块找到自己想要看的医生，进行图文、视频等方式进行咨询问诊，并且可以通过手机APP与在线医生进行家庭医生签约、私人医生签约和免费关注等方式与问诊过的医生建立长期稳定的服务关系。
用户在家中即可完成线上部分常见病、慢性病的健康资讯、问诊，医师为用户开具电子处方后，到附近药店通过主界面上的扫一扫功能，将医师开局的电子处方识别到健康管理一体机界面，药店可根据健康管理一体机中显示的电子处方为用户拿药。
用户登陆自己的“壹点问诊”ID账号后，可在药店查看个人的健康数据和健康报告。
