fx12 is the companion app to fx12, fxRDT and fxWS devices. It provides a interface to view & change parameters of fx12 and fxRDT, including altimeter & GPS data in realtime. The optional Apple Watch app shows the realtime telemetry and allows you to RDT the model. This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. New in version 3.0.06: Improved Charts - Introduced a new charting engine with a cleaner and more intuitive user interface. Usability Improvements - Redesigned all popup dialogs with a more intuitive and consistent UI. - New icon in the model list to indicate when a model is in sleep mode. - New icon in the model list to indicate when a model is receiving RDT data. - The model now beeps twice when switching parameters (can be disabled in app settings) Maps Enhancements - New terrain view for better spatial awareness. - Automatic zoom-in as you approach the model, making it easier to use the app while riding a bike—no need to touch the phone. - Marker indicated GPS freshnees and time since last GPS data recived New Timer View - Added a dedicated view to monitor flight time and key flight parameters. - Disabled by default and can be enabled from the app settings. iCloud & Google Backup Improvements - Up to 4 backups are now saved, allowing you to roll back in case of corrupted data. - Restore models from iCloud or Google when migrating to a new phone. - View which Google account is currently in use and sign out directly from the app. Stability & Performance - Improved overall application stability with many bug fixes. - Faster and smoother app performance. - More reliable and stable altimeter data reading from the model. 3D Flight View (Beta) - A new 3D visualization of your flight is now available. - Open the GPS map chart, tap on the chart, then select 3D to explore the flight path in three dimensions. Flight Analysis (Beta) - Access advanced flight analysis by tapping the Launch Altitude button in altitude charts. - Analyze key flight metrics with dedicated charts. - Automatic launch altitude detection for more accurate results. - BNT analysis, zoom in on BNT and time of BNT start and end New in 3.0.07: - Bug fixes
