Although the game is fun, this is going to be the second or third time that I’ve had to ask for a refund, because of in-app purchases that show up on my card and bank account, but not in the game! At first, I chalked it up to bad internet reception. But after I realized that the game reception was fine and that all other functions were working well, I now know that the problem is on Playrix’s end; especially since messages are popping up, telling me that the purchase(s) aren’t going through and to “try again later”. Get your act together and credit me for the items that I’ve purchased that haven’t shown up, or I am never going to play your games again.
Game is fun, but in-app purchases? Rip-off.

I've always enjoyed hidden object games, and I've gotten pretty good at them over the years, but I don't do very well with this one. I often fail levels by one object that, when it's revealed, is barely visible or recognizable as what they claim it is. The game is clearly a variation on a theme with Playrix's other game, Homescapes, where you fix up an old mansion with the points you earn by playing levels, but because the levels are so difficult, and each task requires a surprisingly high amount of stars to complete, it's slow going to make much progress with that aspect of the game. Carl the assistant is actually a little creepy, if you ask me. the game just leaves me with the feeling over all of wanting to be a cash grab - losing 97% of levels by missing one object, and then being prompted to buy an extra 25 seconds? They want you to have to use the tools and extra time to actually complete levels and then pay money to buy more tools and coins. i don't mind spending money on a game now and then to support the developers, but it has to be a game that is actually fun to play. This is, at most, a diverting way to spend a few minutes, but nothing much more entertaining than that.

The picture at the top of this page and the commercial that goes with it is what lured me to this game and yet i havent seen any of the scenes featured in the commercial at all! Nor the mini game featured. You never see this lady or the baby its all about some guy that inherited a house that you have to fix up on their time. As i said it once im gonna say it again, you wouldve made more money and gained more popularity if you stuck with what you advertised. This game, although interesting at first, until they got greedy, and changed it, is nothing but ClickBait.

I am deeply disappointed with what has become of my once-favorite game. Manor Matters was special to me specifically because it was a high-quality "hidden object" game with a great atmosphere. I played it for years, but I quit the moment "match-3" levels started appearing in the tasks.Dear developers, almost all of your other games are built on match-3 mechanics. Why did you have to add it here? Manor Matters was valued precisely because it lacked that genre. Now the game has lost its individuality and turned into just another clone of your other projects.I sincerely hate match-3 levels and am very upset that they are still in the game after all this time. I really want to return to the mansion and enjoy the story, but I cannot force myself to play through these cursed levels. Please, give players a choice or bring back the classic hidden object format without these intrusive mechanics.
