With My Secret Coach you can: Take control of your diet to achieve your goals. It has a wide list of foods with all its nutritional information with which you can customize your diet, record up to 6 meals a day and save meals. Training in the weight room, being able to configure your routine or choose from more than 350 different workouts, aimed at both boys and girls. Receive advice from "the coach" who will guide you in your new goal, be it loss of body fat, maintenance or gain of muscle mass.
