Superb coaching covers all aspects of squash with easy to follow lessons and informative explanations. From the first lesson, I’ve been learning to train myself to be mindful, stronger and more resilient, along with visualizing and studying technique, tactics and movement. It doesn’t matter what sport you play, the benefit I’ve gotten from using this app has helped me in all arenas of athletics. As a collegiate athlete, I recognize that mental preparation is as important if not more than physical preparation — and there’s no tool better for it than SportMind.
