Moreover, thanks to myCANADIAN, you are always within reach of your Personal Coordinator. The Doctor Online 24/7 service enables you to resolve a range of medical topics via chat. You can ask at any time, our doctors are available 24 hours a day. The app provides you with access to medical reports from your examinations, laboratory results, and prescription that our doctors have issued to you. If you need to renew the Rx, you can request it directly in the application. If you want to be certain that you will not forget to take your prescription medications, the medication assistant will help you. It will assist you with maintaining an overview of the dosing of your medications and remind you to take them at the right time. You can also check for drug interactions and food allergies associated with prescription medications. Thanks to myCANADIAN, you will not forget any extensive preventive care that is part of your membership. In the app you will also find detailed information about the claims and benefits resulting from your membership in Canadian Medical. Please consider making the background for past, present and future backgrounds different son it’s easier to find instead of having to scroll and look at dates. Past appointments should be faded or even the option to hide. Present appointments should be BOLD and future appointments should be faded. I manage many appointments for multiple family members in my app and they all look the same. It’s difficult to scroll through and read each one, date, etc. No filtering.
