Find stickers instantly — Explore and Market now have fast, instant search and stickers load progressively so results show up right away. Publish your sticker packs to the Market and track statuses (Under Review, Published, Declined); declined packs can be resubmitted and pending submissions canceled.

Stickers now use WebP so files are smaller, upload quicker, and send faster. Fixed the "file too big" upload failures, so adding stickers should work much more reliably.
