SortujTo: Warsaw Recycling

Which bin? Warsaw waste guide

Free

New in 3.0.0: photograph an item and Apple Intelligence tells you which Warsaw bin it belongs in — on your device, no account, no tracking. Sortuj To is the simplest way to find out how to sort your waste in Warsaw. Type an item name — or just photograph it — and the app tells you which category and which bin it belongs in, using the official City of Warsaw database (segregujna5.um.warszawa.pl). NEW IN 3.0.0 • Photo recognition — take a picture of an item and the app works out which bin it goes in. Several items in one shot are recognised separately. • Apple Intelligence on device — recognition runs locally on your iPhone, and every answer shows how confident the model is. • Private Cloud Compute — harder cases can get a second look on Apple servers designed to retain nothing. • Spotlight and Siri — ask the system directly, like "where do I throw out a jar", without opening the app. MAIN FEATURES • Waste search — type any name and find out where to throw it • 12 categories: paper, glass, bio, metals and plastics, mixed, bulky, green, e-waste, medicines, batteries, PSZOK and renovation waste • Step-by-step instructions — what goes in, what stays out, and which bin • Item missing from the database? Report it with one tap and it goes to the city PRIVACY • No accounts, no sign-in • No ads, no tracking • No analytics, no advertising identifiers • Only needs an internet connection The data comes from the official City of Warsaw database and is always current. The app is free, works in English and Polish, and follows iOS light and dark mode. Photo recognition and on-device confidence need iOS 27 on a device that supports Apple Intelligence. Search by name works everywhere. Some item names come from the city's Polish-language database and keep their original spelling. Questions or feedback? Write to pawels.apps@gmail.com

Version 3.0.0 ships together with iOS 27. • Photo recognition: take a photo of an item and the app tells you which bin to throw it in. It can also recognise several things in one photo. • Apple Intelligence on device: recognition runs locally on your phone and shows how confident the model is in each result. • Private Cloud Compute: harder cases sometimes get a second look from Apple's servers, which don't retain anything. • Search via Spotlight and Siri: ask the system directly, like "where do I throw out a jar", without opening the app. • English, alongside Polish: the app now works fully in English too, for people living in Warsaw who don't speak Polish. • What's new: a new screen with the list of changes in each version, also reachable from Info.
