After binding the watch with the Maimo Fit app, you can use the functions below:
Health data management
1）Activities data，for example, steps, burned calories and stands data display.
2) Heart rate, sleep, stress and body battery data are recorded and can be viewed daily, monthly or yearly.
Exercise data recording
1) Record and display every exercise and trace. You will have all your exercise data in hand.
2) Share exercise report with friends.
Watch function settings
Set quick management of the watch via app, for example, notification settings, weather synchronization or voice service settings etc.
Maimo Fit supports Apple's Health APP. You can view your exercise and health data via Apple’s Health APP.
