Þegar Klappið kom fyrst í stað Strætóappsins var það óhentugt og frekar ömurlegt en núna virkar þetta alveg ljómandi vel!Það er auðvelt að kaupa miða og virkja (með staðfestu kreditkorti) og að finna ferðaleiðir og áætlun og sjá hvar vagnarnir eru á leiðinni.Áður var td vandamál að greiða og ferðaplanið datt út meðan á ferðinni stóð sem var mjög óheppilegt þegar skipts þurgti um vagn.Ég hef haft bílpróf í áratugi, vinn við að ferðast og á einkabíl en gleðst yfir hvað þetta er orðið þægilegt og aðgengilegt.Mundu eftir strætó!

When you do this, purchase the tickets the day you intend to use them as they may disappear. Also do not activate them until you are ready to use them since they have a 75 minute timer. When you activate the tickets, have it ready the scan. The scanner in the busses don’t read well and the drivers are impatient. That’s about it for the app.The busses and drivers. The busses show up kind of on time. BEWARE to know what direction you are going. My wife and I weren’t positive of the direction we were supposed to go and we missed our bus because we were standing across the street at the bus stop meant for the other direction. The drivers themselves were awful. They were rude and rising and closed the doors on my wife. I asked, “was that necessary?” And the driver just stared at me. The drivers all performed many hard brakes and hard accelerations. They seemed to be concerned with making times over passenger safety. They did not drive with due regard and at best, this will negatively affect the vehicles. Finally there is a lot of construction. Plan accordingly so you are not late to your commitments. Þetta app er algert drasl og gjörsamlega gangslaust, myndi gefa núll stjörnur ef það væri hægt. Það er bara hægt að nota þetta með íslenskt símanúmer. Túristar geta ekki notað það vegna þess að það kemur aldrei sms kóði til staðfestingar ef þú ert með erlent símanúmer. Reyndi að hringja í strætó, þau gátu ekkert gert, viðurkenndu að þetta væri þekkt vandamál. Konan lofaði að senda mér miðakort sem kom auðvitað aldrei. Gat aldrei notað strætó á Íslandi útaf þessu fn appi og varð að notast við hopp hjól og leigubíla í staðin. Þvílíka prumpið Strætó!
