SHOEBOX PureTest is tablet-based and clinically validated to be as accurate as traditional hearing testing equipment. Test configurations are preset via a web-based portal to ensure testing consistency across a single device or fleet of devices. These settings are then locked so that it is not possible to skip any steps in your testing workflow. This ensures that all test examiners across your program are using the same predefined test methodology which helps to eliminate the chance of deviations to improve compliance. This application is intended for use by a trained Health and Safety Professional or Healthcare Provider. An Audiologist or Healthcare Provider should be consulted before making any medical decisions.

- Before you start using SHOEBOX, please read the following safety information:
● There are no known contraindications for the use of the SHOEBOX PureTest medical
device software.
● No alarms are used in the system. Error and warning messages are used in the system
to inform of an abnormal device state (e.g., no internet connectivity with the server,
when attempting to exit the test procedure before save).
● If the test subject experiences any discomfort, the user should stop testing immediately
WARNING (Headphones Check): Admin users can block testing with expired headphones across the entire organization. This is done to maintain regulatory compliance and prevent misdiagnosis of test subjects. If your organization is blocked from using expired headphones, you will not be able to perform the headphones check, nor will you be able to perform any subject hearing tests. Install new headphones to complete the verification. Contact the admin user if you do not have the new headphones.
