Waste of time

It’s taken me over 3 years to get enough to redeem for a gift card; and I couldn’t even get one of the good gift cards because apparently my account has a daily redemption quota of $25, all of the good gift cards are worth $30. I’ve given them access to my data and then can’t even get the gift card I want. And I have to wait 14 days for the gift card I was able to get to arrive. I’ll be deleting this app as soon as I get my gift card. It’s not worth it to give them your data and get practically nothing for it.

Update # 2. I’ve reported you to Apple for misleading and inaccurate information in regard to your app. Hope you have a nice day. You guys had plenty of time to make good on your promise and you refuse to communicate with your customers. Update #1. I redeem my points for a gift card and it’s been over a month and still no gift card. Communication from these people is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time with this app they just want your information and that’s it.

I’ve used this app for the last couple years just fine and now all of a sudden it won’t load. It just stays at the opening “rewardme” screen and that’s even after I deleted and reinstalled it. I’m leaving this review since even the app support website is down too. This leaves me with no other way to report to the app developers that there’s something wrong.
