Mostly useful, Needs the ability to send Quotes through Email
TXBE Party Rentals
App is fairly easy to use but has limited functionalities. I like the app because you can create mobile quotes on the fly. However, as of May 2024 you are still not able to email quotes or even download them. It is counter productive to have to create the quote and have to go back to a full browser on PC/Mac in order to send the quote through email. I’m in the party rental industry and being able to send quotes fast can determine wether or not a client books with you before they go with somebody else. Give me the ability to quickly download or send through email and this will be a 5 star review.

I would give it 5 stars but to process "Authorized Funds" instead of deposits i still need to go into the website. You also cannot email customers their invoice or contract in app. Defeats the purpose of having the app since i might as well just use the website version. Its halfway useful.
Awesome service but the app is limited

We love bookable for it’s easy to use functionality. However, the app itself has some limited functions like not able to update inventory and not able to print out or slips so I still use the full site for stuff like that, but it would be nice to have those features integrated into the app, otherwise its a great service and i wouldn’t be able to run my business without its inventory tracking
App DOES NOT WORK

Been using for one month and has never worked. The support people use the AI script and know nothing about how to actually fix anything. Have been unable to get an actual human on the phone and it’s been over a month. THIS IS A DESKTOP PRODUCT ONLY! If you need this to work on your phone do not bother purchasing. It will never work on the phone. Not even sure why they have an app. It’s somewhat worked the full couple of days until it stopped working completely I’ve delete installed it and have done everything else you can imagine. Again support is nonexistent. I think this might actually be a scam
- Product availability is now hidden until a rental period has been selected, preventing misleading availability counts.
- Fixed an issue where bookings could show incorrect “Today” and “Tomorrow” labels on iOS.
- Improved order syncing on iOS so customer details stay up to date when refreshing the dashboard or order list.
- Made several payment and Tap to Pay reliability improvements, including clearer handling of terminal errors.
