My Last Hope

I’ve tried so many times, using so many methods, that QuitSure was my last hope. If it didn’t work, I was just going to give up and accept that I would always be a smoker. I smoked for over 40 years, a pack a day. I finished the 6-day program last night. I woke up with a silly grin on my face. I found myself with literally a “bounce” in my step today. This is not a magic bullet — it takes time and commitment — but it is the only method I’ve used that makes sense. It is similar to Alan Carr, but it goes deeper, explains further and just “clicked” in my brain. After about day 3 I noticed I was smoking less, although it was not intentional. Keep in mind that if you smoke flavored cigarettes, it is advised to switch to regular by day 6. The app is handy and can be loaded on multiple devices. I have it on my phone and ipad so I can refer to my journal, re-read sections and review videos anywhere. The “final script” is a short video that I can click on anytime I feel the slightest urge. The app teaches the difference between “urge” and “craving”. After the 6-day program, you will have mild urges for a few days until the nicotine is expelled from your body, but you will NOT have cravings. This has been the missing link for me. Will update in 6 months. Good luck!

Amazing tool to quit for good

Quitting smoking was so awful that I had given up on trying to quit. I was telling myself “I want to quit smoking” daily but had no clue how to do it without being an awful witch.

I love that it felt like my cravings were worked out during the window of the program in which you smoke. I was unsure of the program and process when I started, but quickly realized it was something I had to try for myself—what did I have to loose? I was smoking anyway, I’d be the exact same if I tried and failed—but it worked and I am so happy to be a non smoker (and not a witch)

I took my time and spent about 9 days completing the program —about an hour a day—and am over 4 days from my final cigarette. I feel happy and relieved to be a non smoker, the tools given are quite incredible. I’ve use to final script in nearly every instance and it truly works. Paired with the breathing technique and I am a million times better off than if I had turned to a smoke in those instances. Thank you thank you!

This app has literally saved my life. When I decided to quit, my body was in pain all the time and it was severe pain. I knew all the pain I was experiencing was due to smoking. I had quit smoking once for two years but after suffering a mental break down , I returned to smoking. I also knew I couldn’t do it cold turkey again and I needed a program that was easy to follow, that didn’t cost money, didn’t have me buying different products, didn’t have me changing my lifestyle. So I looked into app that said in 6 days I would be smoke free and with no withdrawals and no desire to smoke ever again. Sound like a joke , well let me tell you this program worked for me, and I had been smoking for over 40 years. On the 6th day I smoked my last cigarette and I’m not stressing. If I can do it so can you , but you have to commit to working the entire program, read everything offered, do all the exercises, don’t skip any direction! Complete the program and by day 6, you will be a happy non smoker!!!!
