I’m all for dating apps having minimal filters, but you can’t filter ANYTHING on here. You only get a handful of impressions per day (including skips) and when the app is recommending people from across the country, you don’t even end up liking anyone.I’m not a fan of dealbreaker height or body type filters, but you should at least be able to filter for distance.

Me and my girlfriend both got followed by my college’s Umatch Instagram, so we were curious. Keep in mind, she does NOT go to the same college as me. Anyways, the instagram said if you are followed, it means someone has a crush on you and only “approved students” get followed. Why is this an issue? 1. My girlfriend doesn’t go to my college, so how is she an approved student? 2. How would someone “crush on me” if I don’t have an account? However, we were still curious. After both downloading the app to see who we should avoid at my college, there was no one in my “liked you” list, plus you have to pay to see names of people anyways. Cool idea, bad marketing. Fix your app and please just get a girlfriend through the real world big dawgs. Good luck finding your dudettes, dudes. Much love.

For over 2 years now I’ve tried to use the app but no matter what phone or account I try it on, I’m always left waiting in an eternal loading screen that never grants me access to the app itself. Umatch support is also nonexistent: instagram, email, nothing works. The website doesn’t even have a support channel. Idk how they hire people to manage their individual college Instagram accounts but mine has seen every single one of my messages over a full month and has responded ONCE with “Have you tried reinstalling the app?” then never responded again.

Good app however few dislikes I see from other people also are saying there are no reason for people to buy stuff so they can unlock people not cool if you want people to download this app then cut the payment thing it would be great app if something gets your rating will keep go down because of this
