Acentra-Connect is an on-demand well-being app designed to support Acentra Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) members. Everyone faces professional, academic, or personal challenges from time to time. Our secure and confidential app allows you to obtain the solutions and support that you need, at the time that you need them; including resources to help you manage your well-being with useful tips, support tools, helpful articles, assessments, motivational exercises, informative videos, benefit information, and TalkNow® to help connect you to care that is personalized, immediate, and confidential. Once downloaded, you will need to enter the password provided by your benefits representative to log-in. If you have any difficulties, contact Acentra Health EAP through your designated toll-free number.

well my agency used a different ‘subcontractor’ we will say, of ESPYR, prior to 2016. I have not called since well before that. I am incredibly surprised and thankful that the first person I spoke with on the phone was an actual trained counselor. And they’re there to listen immediately. sometimes, some of us, power through, and power through, and power through, and we keep trying, and we keep trying, and we keep trying, to our own detriment, and nothing works. this was at least a step in the right direction.

I’m glad I only need to find a provider and I’m not in a real crisis! What happened to being able to contact EAP and schedule a therapist! I don’t want to speak to a bot who understands nothing I’m asking or mull through a whole useless website. Just provide the number to call so folks can get scheduled with an EAP covered counselor. That’s it! Or provide an email with the same service..finding a therapist!

EAP Representatives
Looking at the new look, I’m really impressed. But when the same articles are replicated under each content section and there isn’t anything on suicide prevention links it’s not very helpful. Add more assessments, short videos, and basic information on health coaching.
