I’ve been searching high and low for MONTHS for a drop shipping company that offers high quality clothing within the U.S. that also has a Shopify integration and I am SO excited that I found Trendsi! Trendsi is a newer platform and in my opinion, it’s the first of its kind within the U.S. to offer AFFORDABLE, HIGH QUALITY boutique style clothing that is available for drop shipping - AND they have a Shopify integration so everything is extremely streamlined when it comes to the product offering and updating inventory. It’s amazing to not have to worry about purchasing inventory in wholesale (which can be risky), manually shipping out orders, handling restocks, etc. I honestly thought this was too good to be true when I found the service, but it’s not and they are just getting started! I haven’t been using the app/service for too long yet, but I already love the fact that they have daily new releases (M-F) and their customer support so far has been phenomenal. Starting a brand is exciting but can also feel overwhelming. Trendsi mitigates all the fears on the production side of things so that I can focus on what I love most - growing my brand, designing and enhancing my website, marketing and making customers happy! Needs a lot of work

First let me say that I have been using Trendsi for 8 months and in this time they have grown a lot, but still not enough. They constantly run out of sizes and cancel orders. My company spends a lot of money on Facebook ads, so when a sale roles in we’re excited, but then the order gets canceled from Trendsi DAYS LATER for whatever reason ( sold out, quality, etc). At that point ( sometimes a week after a customer ordered from me), I am left to contact my new costumer and let them know their item was falsely promised to them. It’s a horrible way to run a business and very stressful.On the other hand, Trendsi has a quick customer service response to issues, and the app/website works pretty well. The clothes they are picking are great quality and I still trust that they will work out their kinks, so I’m sticking with them for the time being. It’s hard for me to grow if they do not. I also hope they choose even better merchandise in the months to come. I’m a small business owner and supporter. please know you will have the possibility of issues with no matter whom you choose, so this review is just honest feedback to let others know my experience. I will adjust this review in a few months.

Terrible Shipping/Processing

While this company has amazing products and a great variety I am completely disappointed at the processing and shipping times. The first order placed by a customer over a month ago now still has not processed and shipped and my wholesale order has been delayed multiple times to the point where I’m having to order from a completely different vendor in order to even still do my events coming up. I’m completely disappointed and heartbroken as I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this order just to have to spend hundreds more somewhere else. The ONLY redeeming quality is the customer support agents who genuinely try to help. I’m in the process of removing their products from my store and going with a different vendor as this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Again the customer support agents have done their best to make it right but at this point with the lack of communication, and having to spend hundreds out of pocket to make my events I’m not sure I want to continue business with this company.
