All Talk是一套社區雲端對講系統，是社區傳統對講系統的救星，透過管理中心系統主機撥出對講機代碼，即可撥通住戶家中對講機或All Talk手機，並透過All Talk對講；也可連動各棟門口機實現對講通話與開門功能。
使用All Talk系統，社區對講機不用再被龐大的硬體維修費用與繁雜施工程序所限制而無法維修，最少幫社區往後省下百萬以上的維護費用。
手機即是分機：
室內對講機可自由選擇加不加裝
隨時隨地通話，不在家中也不會漏接管理中心與訪客電話。
隨時觀看公設影像，選擇使用公設好時機。
鑰匙忘了帶，All Talk手機可連動開門。
APP還提供免費電視觀看。
APP附加功能，可即時得到社區服務：
包括：郵件通知、社區公告、訊息推播、瓦斯抄錶、通知紀錄等。
