I’m 43 and have only purchased a few game apps…this might have been the fastest I’ve ever upgraded though! I’ve had it quite a while, and have 4 completed cards and over 500 levels. The graphics are what really make me happy. All the themes are so colorful and cute! When I play it feels like a hug for my stressed brain, very soothing and positive. The second thing imperative to its attractiveness is the fact that there is no clock to beat! I’ve had to delete or stop playing any game that makes me feel rushed or stressed out; this app causes the opposite feelings in me- content & relaxed! To be clear, there are difficult levels! A strategy is usually a must. I try not to use boosters very often but usually will watch an ad to open the eighth spot. That’s another plus, IMO: I purchased the no-ad version but still have the opportunity to watch ads for help, so I don’t have to spend any additional money if I don’t want to. It stays fresh with frequent special events to earn pieces of different themed puzzle pictures. I love the simplicity of the whole dang setup. Be sure to always “SHARE” the game every time the option comes up on the home screen by texting yourself- it won’t annoy other people and is the easiest way to get the most-useful hint booster (and you get 3 this way instead of 1)! This is one of my all-time favorite app games and I hope it never changes, except to add more adorable themes!

I haven’t upgraded my app. So as someone who still constantly deals with the ads in this game, yes they’re annoying but the game itself is still a lot of fun. I don’t plan to pay for the no ads version after reading through the reviews here but that’s not important. What is important is apparently I beat all the levels. I had no idea because it doesn’t ever indicate what level you’re on until you beat the level and even then, it doesn’t grab your attention much. So now, it is restarting me at level one which is perfectly fine (until they get more levels which hopefully is a thing) but every time I close the game for a break—it restarts me at level one no matter how far I’ve progressed in one sitting. Now this is enough to make me not play anymore. They say there are new levels coming but will I have to play through the whole game? If so, how will I ever get passed level one if it never saves my progress anymore. Is there a fix to this? It will be a real shame if there isn’t because I genuinely enjoy the game and I’m disappointed there isn’t more content for a game that has been out 4+ years. Hopefully we will see some improvements in the upcoming updates otherwise I may move on from the game. Lovely art, amazing music, challenging but also fun. The mystery tiles were a great addition. Don’t listen to these people who’ve never played a puzzle game before, it’s not as random as they make it out to be.

In an attempt to stop ads I thought I would be clever and start the 3 trial that came with no ads and a bunch of power ups. Well after I purchased it I noticed no more ads when starting a level, great. So I tried using during the event(with sweets) and tried to click the ads button to expand the slots and it just kept saying unable to load ads. After that nothing that still required ads worked, daily, failing a level, the popup that appears on the side. Not sure if related but one of the ads that looks like it loaded in a browser(health and music articles) I clicked one of the videos by mistake and thats when ads stopped working. So it is one of those. The tiles are very random during events as well I found it easy to find a move in the main game, but the events feel like the only solution to complete a level is to use power ups. There seems to be limit to the amount of retries from current spot so I used that a lot to clear the stones in the fiesta and magic events. Without ads working I am unable to progress further into events without buying the non-subscription based ad removal, but its not in the shop so even if I wanted to I am not sure how I would go about it.Otherwise I like the art and tile designs, and its the first time I have played a puzzle game like this one, thank you.

I enjoy this game a lot. The changing tile themes and the events keep things interesting. There is a good mix of challenging and easy so I don’t feel too frustrated but also don’t fly through the puzzles too quickly. I appreciate the ability to watch ads to earn boosters! Two reasons for missing one star. 1) Minor, I wish I could pick which tile theme to play with. Some are much harder for me to tell the images apart and I trudged through them until the next theme. It would be cool to also see past themes. I haven’t found a place to do this anywhere. 2) The game is very slow to respond! I can hit the level button to play several times and it does nothing for a while. When a round ends, it sits on the blank table for a while. When I try to load an event, again it lags. I thought maybe purchasing ads-off option would help, but unfortunately it didn’t. It doesn’t matter if I use wifi or cell service, both strong. The lags are irritating and distract from the overall game experience. In all, this is one of my favorite games lately. I think the ads-off purchase was priced right and worth it. I love being able to earn more boosters with voluntary ads. And the events are rolling so another one starts before the first one ends, which keeps the game fresh. If only it could be more responsive, then 5 stars. Looking forward to seeing updates!*adding: I appreciate that I can play my own music while the app is running and the ads don’t play their sound over my music. This is great when I’m rocking the baby to sleep with a lullaby and I don’t have to worry about the ad blasting noise and waking her up.
