This app has a few issues that really should be addressed. You can’t wait list more than one session at a time if you are booked for a different time. Because the time slots are one hour. If you’re in a 7:30 AM class you can’t waitlist for the 8 AM class. The only way to do this is to go through the website. Trying to waitlist multiple sessions in half hour intervals seems to be impossible.

Made worse because the company makes you use it to change times, and cancel appointment in a timely way so you aren’t charged. Nothing works - it hangs, it’s unclear how the different options function so it’s difficult to navigate. Do I need to cancel an appointment to reschedule? What’s a credit and how do I use it? With no web browser option, GISFW really needs to fix this.
