FETCH PRO is the staff app from FETCH, enabling the serving team at the food & drink venue to be truly mobile and efficient. FETCH PRO allows our order system to send orders to staff intelligently, so that staff receive orders on their smartphone according to who has the fewest orders waiting. This reduces waiting time, removes queues at the bar or collection point, and allows staff to always be on the move without ever missing an order. No need to keep going to tables with pen and paper to take orders, they all come straight through to you directly from the customer. You simply deliver the order or send the message that it is ready for pick-up.
Reduces contact to make staff more socially spaced and secure, and allows them to get on with the job in hand without having to worry. Notifications are sent automatically to the customer that the order has been received and is being prepared. Easy for staff to use and they are using the one device they trust: their own.
