dotBusiness organizer is a mobile application and assistant for organizing tasks that were planned on the web portal cloud.dotbusiness.org.
With a username and password obtained through the web portal, we log in to the app and, depending on the permissions, access the tasks.
Each task defines instructions, services and material, as well as the associated image and video material for the task.
We can add comments, articles and services to the task. The task can also be measured consequently by automatically launching the dotBusiness checkpoint mobile application.
The mobile app also allows us to edit and add our to do list.
The task can be related to an object (device, vehicle, person, building or control point), a business partner or a project.
To use the app fully, we need the right to access the camera and location services. With the help of the camera, we can capture the QR code of the object on the location and the bar code or QR code of the added items.
