M&M’S Adventure - Puzzle Games 12+

Love the game and definitely makes time pass by. The levels get challenging as you progress and sometimes they throw you an easy one in between the hard ones, but let me tell you about level 1063. That level is by far the hardest of them all, as of now because I’m currently stuck on that level. I do t think the candy is pushing strong enough to get the jars of peanut butter up the path to drop where it needs to be. Either we are shorted the moves it takes or it’s the last level of the game and they won’t let you beat it. Good game though!!!

Normally I don’t write reviews at all. However, I really enjoy this game! It’s great for when you’re waiting around for an appointment, need some brain jogging or just bored.

I will say there are glitches. I can’t break the ice cubes if they don’t come down - so I’ll have to play and loose a life. It has a lag - when finishing a level or trying to use a power, it lags and takes a few taps to actually work. When trying to play the game lately, it won’t load all the way. It will show 95% and just stay there with no movement. I removed the app (without deleting data), reinstalled the game and it reset the entire game completely. Now I have to start all over. It won’t allow me to tap on the settings to see if I can login and try to retrieve my previous game. Also, when playing the game and I’m done with a level, now that I started over, there is no home button. I can’t get back to the mail page. I was at a really high level. But back to square one.

Please don’t take the negative over the positive. I do honestly really enjoy this game at anytime. As I understand technology is its own world, I don’t have any other game on my phone that is this glitchy. I’ll continue to use the game in hopes that I can eventually bring my previous game back to life, and see how far along I can get this round!

On Jun 1, I purchased a star pass for 9.99. On Jun 3, I opened the app to only have my progress reset. I no longer had the star pass and my Popsicle adventure had been set back to the beginning. I sent a message through the app to “Get In Touch”. I didn’t get a response. I sent 2 messages through the contact form on the tilting point website. I got 2 ticket numbers and ZERO response. I reached out via Instagram and Facebook. Only Instagram responded with a link to the contact page that I have contacted twice. I have my screenshots of my payment, date and proof of the reset, yet no response. Finally on 6/9 the app responded asking for pictures and/or screenshots, which I provided and now it’s mute again. I have been taken for 9.99. This is not the first time this happened, but last time it was corrected. And it’s been months since I’ve had this issue. I’ve been double charged for 4.99 for a pass BUT only received one. The charge was double for the EXACT same time. Again I have proof. Apple refuses to allow me to upload screenshots. Just saying it’s ineligible for refund. Which I’m not mad at but the 9.99 is not the same. It’s an actual monthly charge. That should be refunded or give me what I purchased. I spend too much money on gems and other packs to get no help. Check my account. LOVE THE GAME BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TURNING ME OFF.
