CUE1 for Parkinson's

This is a companion app to the CUE1 device for Parkinson’s made by Charco Neurotech. It comes with different features intended to provide better quality of life for users of the CUE1 device.
The application is used to personalise the CUE1 device’s settings, including its stimulation settings as well as its medication alert schedule.
The app includes fun games and questionnaires that help the user track their daily Parkinson’s symptoms, for the purpose of self management and as a record to share with others such as clinicians or health partners.

Bluetooth connections are more stable, and offer better reconnection when app is force-closed or when connection is lost in the background.
- Stimulation settings improvement
Now when stimulation settings are set inside the app, the data is more reliably delivered to the CUE1 device, and provide you with resolving options when a problem occurs.
- Medication alerts improvement
We increased the limit for the amount of medication and added flexibility for medication edits. Now you can easily add or remove sub-items inside medication edit screen.

This new version of the app includes the following updates:
- Battery indicator
You can now view the status of your CUE1 device at the top of the screen. This will tell you whether your device is connected, and the current battery percentage of your device. If you tap this new section, you will see detailed information about your device. This screen will also allow you to connect to a different CUE1 device, and update the firmware of your CUE1.
- Firmware update
‘Firmware’ is a term which refers to the software stored on your CUE1 device. This is separate to the CUE App, as the software directly affects the functionality of the CUE1. We have added a feature to allow you to keep your device up-to-date at all times. If you are using an old firmware version, then when you start the CUE App, you will be notified and asked if you would like to update it.
