What a great new way to play an ancient game!

This is a really good version of the game, the “vs CPU” was a great opponent and really taught me the way to play the game. Recently however when I select the “vs CPU” After playing for a while my game is wiped and an online player joins with a new game. I do not want to play online so, until this is fixed, I will stop playing the game. Which is a real shame as this is a really good AI and makes the game challenges.Update: since the patch fix this game works great. What nice improvement to the AI as well. Well Done, this is how you support your customers.

This is a really good version of the game, the “vs CPU” was a great opponent and really taught me the way to play the game. Recently however when I select the “vs CPU” After playing for a while my game is wiped and an online player joins with a new game. I was enjoying this app until it would kick me out of my game against the computer and force me to play against a human opponent. Why???? I clearly have “CPU” marked as my opponent. Please fix this!! It is absolutely infuriating. It has happened as soon as right after my first move as well as at any point in the game with no way to exit or decline this forced match. The only other thing that could be improved is that sometimes, even in intermediate mode, it is way too easy to win with the computer missing extremely obvious moves that even a beginner would catch. Fix these issues and I’ll change this review to 5 stars.

Thank you for your feedback. If you turn off the AutoMatch feature in the Settings, the app will no longer automatically match you with opponents. Additionally, in the latest version, we've made it so that AutoMatch is automatically turned off when you manually exit an online match. As for the CPU's skill level, we are currently working on a solution, but further research is needed, so please bear with us a little longer.

Rules are incomplete and the “examples” Of the few that are “shown” are blank on iOS. For example: the King cannot initiate capture of opposing pieces as he is considered unarmed. The throne cannot be reentered but can be used as a space to capture against even for the King. How does the king escape and win? It doesn’t tell us?! Please list all rules with picture examples.
