I love this app so much and can I say that my goddess archetype and exercises fit me like a glove. You would think I met with someone and they profiled me! The mediations, breath work and daily affirmations help in my self care so much. I am still a beginner and learning how to breath and meditate, and this app makes it so simple with its guided course work. You don’t have to pay some crazy amount for a subscription and get little to nothing out of it. It has yoga and podcasts too. This has been monumental to use in help with my anxiety and mental health as well as my spiritual journey! I highly recommend If your looking for an all in one app that covers all things in life as a woman and there’s something for every issue, self care need and real life situations you could possibly need. It’s so easy and it’s set to take you through a step by step daily journey to a more happy, mindful, mentally healthy human!

I love this app so much and can I say that my goddess archetype and exercises fit me like a glove. You would think I met with someone and they profiled me! Neat concept with room to improve

I really like the concept of this app. The meditations and exercises are great and the quiz-based customization is an interesting idea. Here are some suggestions for improvement- 1. I don’t love that there is content tagged as “weight control” or exercises like “fat burning frequency”. I have close friends with eating disorders who would be very triggered by this. Hilariously, this content is also tagged “body positivity” - but is focused on change, not acceptance. This prevents me from recommending the app. Because I know it would be upsetting to some people. Ideally, this content would be removed or at least there should be a way to filter it out so that people who don’t want to see it don’t have to see it. 2. Goddesses in the quiz are only Greek. I love the western Classics too, but where are all the other cultures?? References to similar deities in other cultures are limited (eg, references the Roman counterpart) to nonexistent. I’d love to see this expanded as this also makes me hesitant to recommend the app. 3. Spelling/grammar. I recognize that the lead content creator is not a native English speaker. That said, it can be difficult to take an app seriously when it contains numerous typos, spelling, and grammatical errors. A thorough content proofread/edit would help tremendously!

To cover your questions, please find below our approach explained in detail. Dr. Nil Keskin, Historian & Behaviour Scientist with a consultant team of experts, created our content. If applied regularly, the holistic methodology underlies a unique transformation method, simultaneously addressing many existing women's mental and physical problems. In terms of spelling, you are right. It is a work in progress. That will be fixed by the end of August. As explained in the podcasts, the Greek Goddess names you hear are not to boost Greek mythology but somewhat symbolic terms of behavior patterns created by Carl Gustav Jung. Understanding your approach, in the personal analysis report, you may encounter names of goddesses from different civilizations ( Roman, Indian, etc.) to demonstrate the synchronization and same patterns per Dr. Nil’s Ph.D. studies. But this feedback will be evaluated by our team of experts as well. We are sure they can add more info to show our diversity and inclusion in embracing all cultures. Lastly, Weight Control supportive practices have been created again by request of our subscribers. These related to Body positivity could be what we can work on. In the Feminine Transformation and Self-Love sections, there is other Self-Acceptance content that you and your sisters will like. Eating Disorders are also a problem that our sisters need to overcome for their Well-being which Goddes's spiritual methodology will support anyways. I’ve studied Tantra and Goddess and sacred womb work for 15 years. The term Goddess actually signifies a deeply spiritual energetic connection with feminine embodiment that is native to Hindu cultures. The creator seems well intended, but is obviously not an authority on Kundalini, Tantra or Vedic science. Her practices are very confused and inconsistent with how they are meant to be taught. Greek goddesses are depicted instead of Hindu goddesses who are native to the Indian Kundalini practices being taught often incorrectly on this app. Goddess consciousness is sacred not a Disney dress up game. The womb meditations are not consistent with any type of true energetic transmissions that would be considered alchemical. I don’t agree with ‘teachers’ utilizing fashionable buzz words to create fake spiritual movements clearly meant to attract money from women who are seeking real knowledge and deep healing. Instead this app is exploitive of Indian spirituality and selling surface level pseudo teachings. Having women honor their wombs is wonderful, however doing it in a way that is superficial and keeping them locked in their masculine ‘boss babe’ psychology is not beneficial. Feminine work goes much deeper than this and apps like this try to claim expertise and create more harm with too little understanding of the teachings and not having experts leading the content. It is a sham.

I just started yesterday, I’m on day 2 of free trial and I’m so in love with every single aspect of this application. I sincerely hope I can afford the membership when my 7 days is up because this beautifully made app is everything I didn’t even know I needed, it fills me with hope and energy and I’m actually excited to wake up in the morning and open this up to start my day. I cannot recommend this enough, the layout, the lovely energy overall that I come away with is what keeps me going and I’ve been wanting to just give up and throw in the proverbial towel lately.
