Summit coffee is my new go-to, for so many reasons. For starters, the coffee is great. I also think the GM Josie is incredible. She’s attentive, kind, a hard worker and know’s her customers. It’s hard to find good people but Josie, and the rest of her team were smart hires. You can tell they like each other. When it comes to what if, there’s so much opportunity to do great community building things with Summit Coffee. It’s a slow build but I’m a fan and plan to hang with you all throughout the journey.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Summit coffee in Birkdale. The team is absolutely amazing and the coffee is outstanding. The location is so convenient and the atmosphere is so cozy and friendly inside!

The website led me to the app to buy a gift card less than $50 and then there was no section in the app to buy a gift card. The overall app seems nice but it would good to have a clear option for gift cards.
