A mobile application that enables service providers (Tow Truck Driver) to receive their job assignment from Tan Chong Call Centre and carried out their towing services as assigned. This application is only available to the providers registered with the Tan Chong Call Centre.
This mobile application allows the Call Center to carry out the following tasks
• Assigning job to Provider nearest to the vehicle’s location.
• Real time reporting and tracking of activities.
• Controlling and monitoring provider’s assignments to ensure the closures of each case.
• Providing status updates to respective customers.
