App is super helpful and has really allowed my company to maintain track of all my invoices estimates etc. although when I refresh my business info or add any new specification it doesn’t save it and reminds as the same when I click preview.

The new update on the app has taken away a few features away that I found very useful. The shipping charge on the invoice has been taken away as well as being able to see the earnings of the year on the Home Screen. I really enjoyed the previous version better, not sure if I am able to go back to that. I just feel that on this update, taking away those features were not necessary

It’s a great app and I definitely recommend it. My issue is with the customer services. I’ve had two issues I’ve asked for help on and I haven’t received a response from the InvoiceToo team in a few weeks and I’m still dealing with the issues.1- Estimates read “sent” when they haven’t actually sent. I have to keep trying 5+times fir each estimate. I CC myself so I know wether its sent or not. 2- For the estimates that actually go through they’ll read “accepted” when the customer hasn’t approved it or seen it. I’ve looked like a fool a few times with customers looking at me puzzled while I’m thanking them for accepting the quote. I’ve asked a question before and they respond with a reasonable amount of time. I’m not sure where the hang up is this time.

3.12.1 — More ways to reach clients, faster lists:
• Multiple emails per client: add a primary email plus up to five additional addresses for any client. When you send an invoice or estimate, the primary is the main recipient and the rest are automatically copied (Cc) — perfect for looping in an accountant, partner, or billing department.
• Faster, smarter lists: your invoices and estimates now load in pages and scroll smoothly even with thousands of records, with quick search by number or client name and instant filtering by status tab.
• More accurate Estimates count: the "All" tab now includes expired estimates, so the number always matches what you see.
• Cleaner save confirmations: the "Saved" and "Updated" confirmations now appear as a quick, tidy banner that dismisses itself — no extra tap needed.
