Even faster work log entry

Work logs can now include labor and equipment with a rate of $0

Deactivate accounts for users you would no longer like to access your organization. Deactivated accounts can later be reactivated. Historic activity is still available for deactivated accounts. All PDF reports include a timestamp with the report creation time. Time now included for work order creation and last updated dates. Improved work log entry to more efficiently recording multiple work logs at one time. Record mileage when reporting work log equipment use. Call residents directly from work orders.
