Good Customer Service, Useless Report

I paid for a report on my 15 year old Range Rover in hope that I could find where the had car lived for its first 5 years and any info on the body work from some form of accident as well as see title information. The report had virtually no data. Not even Country of Origin- it said UKNOWN. Come on. Range Rovers have been made in the UK for over 50 yrs! Unknown damage report, then unknown for all title and location of sale information. No dealer service info at all. The only thing it showed was Mileage which is outdated by 5 yrs or more. I googled more information than this report provided- far more. They would NOT refund, but gave me a limited time credit for another report that I’ll never be able to use.I am required to report that Car vertical gave me an additional credit for another report. So I put in the VIN of my other car a 2024 Land Rover bought from the dealer and we have had now for a year. It has been dealer serviced and has been titled in our name for quite some time. The report was completely blank. No dates, no transfers, no services, nothing. I cannot emphasize this enough: do not use Car Vertical if you are in the United States.

I submitted a report for a car I wanted to purchase. It showed no issues on carVertical. Once I purchased the vehicle I was made aware afterwards it’s been in an accident. I ran another report on another car history website and it showed the car has been in 3 accidents! I am very disappointed in this app and I will no longer be using this app to help me when purchasing or doing background checks on vehicles.

I ran a report on two different vehicles. I own one of them. Both vehicles had serious accident damage that was not on the report. The mileage for both vehicles was wrong. The ownership of the vehicle I wanted to purchase had no information available. The rest of the information on both vehicles was blank. Car Vertical refuses to give me a refund. In the U.S. this is a junk service. Don’t use it.
