The short link is made by one of ten public shortening services that you pick from a list. The app does not run a shortener of its own and does not sit in the middle of the redirect: the link belongs to the service that made it and keeps working whatever happens to this app.
A QR CODE FOR EVERY LINK
Every short link gets a QR code. Save it as an image and put it on a slide, a poster, a label or a card.

Everything you shorten stays on the phone: the original, the short one and its QR code, ready to copy again. No account, no sign-up, nothing to remember.

Do I need an account?
No. Paste a link, pick a service, get the short one. There is no sign-up and nothing to remember.
Whose short links are these?
Yours are made by one of ten public shortening services that you choose from the list. The app does not run a shortener of its own, and it does not put itself in the middle of the redirect.
If I delete the app, do my links stop working?
No. A short link lives with the service that created it, so it keeps redirecting. What you lose is the local history — the list of the ones you made.
Does it work offline?
Shortening does not: the service has to answer. The history you already have and the QR codes for it open without a connection.
Can I get a QR code?
Yes, for every short link. Save it as an image and put it on a slide, a poster or a label.
Does it count the clicks?
The app does not track anything. Some of the services show their own click stats on their site for the links they made — that is theirs, not ours.

The QR Codes tab makes a code for any text or link, a Wi-Fi network, a phone number or an email address, in your colors. Free, and made on your device.
