The app and the web version are the absolutely worst among all hotel service providers. What’s worse, I reported missing points to customer service, who said they would look into this, but never replied again after 10 more email communications.Avoid this brand at all cost!!!!

ASCOTT provide costumers residences with low price and good service. The app is clean and efficient. Please consider adding a function to create membership card to Apple Wallet as all mainstream hotel group do that and it is a reminder of unused points.

Cannot paste passwords into the app when trying to sign up. When you try to retrieve a booking it pops up a modal that it needs more info, dismissing the modal redirects you back away from the page where you could have inputted the information. Horrible

Can’t even retrieve my reservation

I just downloaded this app because I booked a room in Singapore for 3 nights. But, I’m not able to retrieve my reservation? Also, it took numerous times just to set up an account on this app.Not planning on using it - doesn’t even work.
