Important:
Watch4 myPhone is an offline app that doesn't collect or send any personal information or location to any server or third parties.
No in-app purchases! You get a premium version with all features ads-free.
All settings are made through an app on Apple Watch.
Watch app part must be installed and the usage of Complication on Watch Face is recommendable.
Supporting iPhone app works in the background and can even be completely terminated, as long as the location access has been set to Always (first you select While Using the App, later you are asked to allow Always access).

Note:
It's advisable that you don't setup location accuracy setting more accurate than 100 meters (default). If you have WiFi enabled, this will be good enough to position your iPhone to exact location in urban areas.
If you change location accuracy to 1 or 3 kilometres, the app will not even use GPS for location updates, so it will consume less battery, while still doing their job.

Ratings and Reviews
It’s a bit complicated
You need to make sure your watch is really connected to your iPhone. Getting that done after rebooting your watch is not a smooth process. I have found that clicking the flat watch button will let you know if it’s tracking your phone. If it does not show up, it’s not connected. It would be very helpful if there was an indicator that would always be on the watch face when connected.

Outstanding app!
Both my spouse and I have the app and it works perfectly! It provides excellent notifications, sound, visual and haptic, on your Apple Watch when you move too far away from your iPhone. If you accidentally leave your iPhone at a restaurant, at work or at home, etc., the app provides the notifications before you leave the area. The app also has several nice watch complications that show the battery level of the iPhone. The app will also notify you when your iPhone battery is low! The developer is very responsive and will answer your questions or help you with issues very promptly, as he did for me. I highly recommend that you get this app so that you never accidentally leave your iPhone behind or lose your iPhone again!

Watch4myPhone
This watch / iPhone app is just what I been looking for . I am always leaving my iPhone in the restrooms like at work , Walmart or restaurants . Sometimes I am in a store and I put my iPhone down on a shelf to pick up an item to look at , then I walk away, then most of the time I’m already in my car and I reach for my iPhone and it is not there. Thats when I start to frick out , running back in store and trying to remember where I last seen it or left it . This app dings me multiple times alerting me that my iPhone is not with me .
For those of you who are like me and don’t want to loose your phone , I recommend this Watch4myPhone app , it only cost me $1.99 , that’s a lot cheaper then loosing my iPhone and fricking out .

To avoid too many false alerts, the default Lost Alert Check Frequency is: Num of tries = 2 and Time between tries (s) = 10. This means, that the app will check if your phone is reachable every 10 seconds and it will send the lost alert after 2 unsuccessful checks. With these settings the app will alert you in 10 to 20 seconds after you leave your phone behind. If you happen to leave your phone behind frequently, you can change the Lost Alert Check Frequency to: Num of tries = 1 and Time between tries (s) = 5 and you will be alerted 5 seconds after you leave your phone behind.
