Frustrating

This has a very good user interface. It is straightforward and easy to find and select shows to watch. Unfortunately something with user sign in or verification via Dish service seems to not work. Maybe I am missing some account setting or the recent iOS version has broken it. I can only watch one episode then I have to delete and reinstall the app and reconnect to watch another.

Tried to connect thru optimum and spectrum internet plans It says I am connected on both but when I try to play a movie it asks to connect although you are already connected

I have tried repeatedly to get this app to function without success. Connecting via Cox Cable. The error returns after one play and repeats on every subsequent attempt. The app is currently useless. I can access TV5Monde+ successfully on a browser in Windows 11.
