OurHerd empowers young people to open up about tough times, to learn from each other’s experiences and to create a more mentally healthy world.
Mental health is one of the biggest issues we’re facing today, but so often we feel alone in our struggles, are unable to speak up and don’t know how to get help.
By sharing stories, we can empower each other with hope and knowledge, whilst using our voice (and shared experience) to create positive change.
OurHerd is a safe digital platform that guides you to share your story confidently, whilst securely capturing data and insights from your experience to give young people a voice to inform governments, policy makers and service providers on better mental health outcomes.

OurHerd was proudly designed in collaboration with over 600 young people and 75 mental health experts. Plus we’ve been recognised with two Good Design Awards for Social Impact and Digital Design!
