Take out your phone, open the app, take a photo of the plant you are interested to know. All the info pops up…I have download the app for a week, find its easy to use, like a mobile plant encyclopedia, highly recommended.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, DO IT IN YOUR APPLE ACCOUNT SETTINGS IN THE APP STORE! Like most apps, this one automatically puts you on a free trial with recurring payments to their subscription service you will have to cancel yourself. The problem is you cannot cancel through the app. There is a button for it, but upon pressing it you get a message saying, “a team member will contact you in 24 hours.” When I tried this, a team member never contacted me. I shouldn’t have to wait to be contacted to cancel a subscription in the first place! This is completely ridiculous and manipulative by the creators of this app. Do not download. Also, I’m skeptical about the accuracy of the plant identification functionality anyway.

You get a few free days for a trial, then the wonky subscriptions they have will take every penny they can. Why not just make one charge for the use of the app ? WHO has twenty dollars a month (PLUS taxes n fees) to have reminders for your plants ? You could buy three new plants with that money - ONE STAR - for highway robbery, minimal info on many of the plants listed, takes users photos for the app, and they make money off of you for info they took off of the web👀- better apps out there for sure!! Do not even waste your time downloading for the free trial - they just want your plant pics 🤷♀️

I used it here and there to make sure plants weren’t toxic to my dog. I eventually go ahead and pay $10 for unlimited monthly. Not long after I try to scan a picture and it says I can’t and to click this link to pay for monthly unlimited. I click it, it tells me I already have it but then still won’t let me scan. So I wasted $10 and now can’t even figure out how to cancel it. Contacted them and no answer. Don’t waste your $.Update- it keeps charging me and there is no way for me to cancel my subscription that I can find! This app is GARBAGE
