Required to create account before you can view ANY part of the app; required to provide your PHONE NUMBER in addition to full name + email, and you STILL cannot view ANY part of the app until you confirm email etc.I’m sorry but I’m not giving my full phone number for an app I can’t even see any part of. There’s no reason why you would need our phone number. Apps that make you jump through hoops to signup etc before you can even see if the app is worth it/ something you’ll use, are an immediate no.

I did have an issue downloading the books I ordered, initially. It came over to me in gibberish. But I emailed and got a quick response back. The issue was rectified within a few minutes. I love the mnemonics and am excited to begin studying them‼️
